Service Description
HOW IT WORKS: Clients need a minimum of 3 people to start. Each additional person added to the shoot will be $60 with a limit of 8 people max in the studio and 25 people max at an outdoor location. THE SESSION INCLUDES: The photographer's time and direction with posing. All photos from the session. 6 Edits only! Additional edits are $25 each. HOW CLIENTS WILL RECEIVE THE IMAGES Images will be sent digitally via Dropbox or Google Photos. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BELOW locations more than 10 miles from the studio location 30 Arbor St Hartford ct will incur a $2 per mile additional fee. Please schedule (book) responsibly and plan to be on time to avoid late fees! Deposits are non-refundable clients may only reschedule once and will only have 2 weeks from the originally scheduled date to schedule again based on photographers' time and availability! If rescheduling is not complete within the two-week time frame the deposit will be forfeited and another deposit will be required for a potential reschedule. The deposit will automatically be forfeited for clients canceling the day of the session requiring a new deposit for a potential reschedule! We work on a first come basis meaning clients who pay the deposit first will get the requested date and time! no dates or times will be held without a paid deposit. Clients with a specific vision should schedule accordingly to allow enough time for setup and breakdown of a potential scene, props, and clean-up. Clients may bring any props or details specific to the vision. Extreme tardiness will not be tolerated and deposits will automatically be void and forfeited requiring the client to pay the late fee on the spot to continue the session if time and availability allow.
