Service Description

INCLUDES: -Photographer's time & all images. -Pro venue lighting setup. -Digital delivery via Google Photos/Dropbox. -The link is provided to share with friends and family. -2 Minute Visual Highlight (Recap) The recap will be sent without audio where the client can apply their own music! By adding the (Recap) of the event the total changes to $840 Without the recap visual the total is $720 EXTRAS: Additional hours: +$120 per hr. Additional Photographer: +$120 per hr. 2hr minimum. Full video coverage by Cinematographer: +$160 Per hr. 2hr minimum. Includes Hi-Res visual capture, Live audio, Original music only, Color grade, Title, Transitions, and full-length final visual. All speeches and performances will be captured in full. IMPORTANT PLEASE READ BELOW In the event a deposit is paid and the event is canceled the deposit paid may be used for another rescheduled event that must be the same amount of hours previously agreed upon. So if the total amount is $720 for a 6-hour event and a $360 deposit was paid the rescheduled event must be 6hrs. If the rescheduled event is less than 6hrs and for example 4hrs the client would be void of the 6hr deal and pay $160 per hour instead of the discounted $120 per hour! Example: The rescheduled event is 4hrs at $160 per hour minus the $360 deposit already paid making the new balance $280! Events booked (same day) are considered last minute and have a $120 last-minute fee on top of the total hours booked. The photographer will need access to the event space up to 1 hour early to set up and test lighting. Clients may reserve a date and time frame with a 50% non-refundable deposit by texting: 860-606-4199. Clients may reschedule only one time based on the photographer's availability before the deposit is forfeited. Clients have precisely 15 days to reschedule from the time photographer is notified or the deposit is forfeited. Clients who reschedule the day of the event will automatically forfeit the deposit and must leave a new deposit for the rescheduled date. All images will have the Nicolas Photography watermark logo. At no point does any client own images or visuals from Nicolas Photography, Clients are only granted use and print permissions by Nicolas Photography via emailed release form for personal use only. Nicolas Photography reserves the right to use any content captured from any event for promo or marketing purposes. FORMS OF PAYMENT ZELLE, CASHAPP & APPLE-PAY
